As our Global Head of Employee Communications and Engagement, I’ve been at Kantar since 2017. I own employee communications and engagement strategy and delivery to support the goals of our business, working to help us understand how people think, act, and feel. My passion is bringing what we do to life, through compelling and creative communications, with the goal of engaging our employees, supporting our customers, and growing our business.

I also lead our Working Parents and Carers Employee Resource Group here at Kantar, working to offer my fellow parents and those with dependents a sympathetic ear (or a shoulder to cry on!) as we balance work with our family life. It’s a really exciting position to be in and I’m excited to see how we’re able to continue the support that we offered during the Covid pandemic into the future of our working lives.
