I joined January 2017 to be the HR Director for Kantar IBOPE Media. What does that mean in practice? Well, I help leaders define the people strategy that will enable business transformation, by building talent from inside the company, hiring new profiles from outside, and cross-company talent exchange. I also lead the talent review process and help managers to put the development plans for their teams in place.

One project I am working on is the review of the Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) for Brazil. By having a new model, we aim to drive business growth, being able to make a direct coalition of the SIP to the performance of the business. We are partnering with the Finance and Reward team to be able to create the right model.

I am also working on the roll-out of the business academy in Argentina. The business academy will unlock business growth by developing the commercial team: helping them make values-based sales, not talking about our product, but the problem we are helping clients to solve. This project was already launched in France and we are sharing, adapting and reapplying this concept in Argentina. Together with the Learning and Development team, the commercial leaders and the managing director in the country.

I have more than 20 years of experience as an HR professional, and started my career in Unilever, moving through some Pharmaceutical companies. I gained experience in different fields by partnering with clients in all type of areas. I joined Kantar because of the industry transformation and the transformation in the business. Major changes needed to happen when I joined. As a change agent, that really drove me to lead this project. I am fascinated daily by interactions with our internal stakeholders and learning about the international markets.

My ability to connect the dots in the organisation is what drives me to achieve business impact and business growth.

I am really excited about Kantar’s new ownership structure, as it will help us to unlock growth. It will be an interesting time for the HR function, as it will change how we make decisions and speed up our processes. I am very excited to be part of this journey.
